2. Product Availability & Pricing
We strive for accuracy, but errors in pricing or availability may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders if pricing is incorrect. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦).
3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
4. AI Consultations
Our AI Virtual Esthetician provides recommendations based on best practices and available data. These recommendations are for informational purposes and do not replace professional dermatological advice. Always consult a doctor for clinical skin conditions.
